In 1974 the mining island of Gunkanjima was closed by the Mitsubishi Corporation. A place that at one time housed the highest population density ever recorded. Now, it is a stark ghost town. Saiga Yuji captured moments during the final year of the mine and what remained after it closed:

Last weekend, however, I found some really great old Prisma books (1964 - 1972) at a car boot sale. The subjects are mostly in the Hi-Fi, taperecorder area.
